Welcome to Camp Cade! By booking a stay, reserving a site, or attending an event at Camp Cade, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations & Bookings: All bookings (glamping, RV, tent, event) require a valid name, contact information, and payment method. Guests must be 18+ to make a reservation. Booking confirmation will be sent by email.

 

2. Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM - Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request.

 

3. Cancellations & Changes: Please review our Refund Policy below. Changes to bookings must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival.

 

4. Guest Responsibilities: Guests must comply with all posted campground rules. Campfires allowed only in designated areas. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.

 

5. Venue Rentals & Events: Event hosts are responsible for permits (if required) and coordinating with Camp Cade staff.A signed event agreement may be required. Camp Cade reserves the right to refuse bookings for events that pose safety or compliance risks.

 

6. Liability Waiver: By entering Camp Cade property, guests assume all risks related to outdoor activities. Camp Cade is not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or weather-related disruptions.
