About Camp Cade

Camp Cade was born from the vision of transforming a former mobile home park into a vibrant outdoor destination. With a mission to rebuild, reconnect, and reimagine, we’ve set out to create a one-of-a-kind RV park, campground, and event venue nestled in rural Illinois — a space designed to bring people together through nature, creativity, and community.

We are currently in the under-construction phase of a full-phase development plan. Our ultimate goal is to open as a fully licensed RV park and campground. In the meantime, we are actively working with county officials, following local permitting guidelines, and preparing the land with care — all while giving the community a chance to experience what’s already possible.

While construction is underway, Camp Cade is opening its gates in creative, limited-use ways:

• As a private-use outdoor venue for events, markets, and celebrations

• As a destination for glamping stays, primitive tent camping, and RV dry camping

• As a space for pop-up experiences, retreats, and seasonal weekend programming

Whether it’s a vendor market under the trees, a glamping escape, or a grassroots car show, Camp Cade is where guests can relax, celebrate, and experience nature — all on beautifully revitalized land that honors its past while building for the future.
